Unfinished bassoon reeds (blanks or cut/tip profiled) handcrafted in Fort Worth, Texas. Bassoon reeds are all Rieger 1A shape and made from either Neuranter, Rieger, Medir, or Texas cane. Prices are per reed.
Blank: Tip is not clipped. Offers the greatest amount of customization without having to make your own blanks. You will need tools to clip and scrape to finish this reed.
Cut and tip profiled: Blade is cut 28mm from the collar and tip profiled with a Rieger tip profiler. You can finish the reed as you see fit but with a fraction of the work needed!! This reed is not play tested and you will need tools to finish this reed.
